update

Here are some update pictures.

They aren't my typical "after" pictures because I am too the the point that I like taking fun sassy pictures.

The legs.
front.

Back.

Alright these next photos are a first for my blog.

Swim suit photos.

Swim suit season is coming up and I needed a little motivation to tone up my stomach a little more.

This is my tummy. I have slacked off a little on the ab area so today I am going to the gym to correct my slacking.
I am a little nervous about losing more weight because my hip bones are starting to poke out really bad and I don't like it, thats too skinny.

So with that, I am officially no longer trying to lose weight.
I think I am as small as my body frame will allow without looking gross.
So from here on out its muscle toning and maintenance cardio.

  2. You look so great! Congratulations on meeting your goal!
When I started high school I was about 178 (I'm 5'10") then became vegetarian and then vegan for a spell and by the time I had graduated I was down to 147. I felt so much better about myself and I didn't feel the need to nap all the time. After starting college I began eating fish, then I met my spouse and picked up his horrible eating habits. I don't blame him for it - bu it is easier to be lazy and it unhealthily if you live with someone who does. I'm currently 160 and am starting to put forth the effort to work my way back down where I feel and look best. In fact I plan on dragging my boyfriend out to play racquetball this weekend!

I always love checking your blog, especially since we're the same height - I go nuts hearing about girls (even if they are a great deal shorter) dying to be 115 or feeling "fat" at 135, because to compare that to my ideal weight seems insane.

    Thanks for the motivation!

  3. Okay Katie I'm no longer happy for you and am now jealous that you're stomach gets to look like that and you are still going to make it look nicer while I'm gonna have a big pregnant belly for swimsuit season. :P (plus I have weird floating ribs that poke out) I'm gonna have to work hard to get a nice booty at least for the summer. :p
Cute suit tho, are the bottoms boyshorts?

  4. You are looking great Kati! I could seriously utilize you here in Texas as a personal trainer for myself! You have learned a lot over the past months, and have certainly used what you've learned to become healthy! Thank you for not only making me jealous (hehe - JK... well, kind of), but setting that example!

  5. Came across your blog and just wanted to say that you look fabulous! I'm anxious to get back to 'myself' once I'm done being pregnant. It's been easier since I've maintained my health/weight during my pregnancy fairly well. I got my undergrad in Exercise & Wellness and have done personal training on the side for fun. I love it and wish you luck in all your endeavors! Keep up the hard work and continue being a great example to all of us! :)
