Soon...

A lot of you, and others I know, are considering fad diets.
fad diets have always been around, and they will always be around.
but they are quick short term fixes.
Sometime soon, I am going to do a post all about each popular fad diet, or work out fad, and explain to you how they work, and why they don't work.
So stay tuned!
Also let me know if you have any particular questions about any one diet or anything else and I will make sure and answer it.

  1. I wanna know all your thoughts about the HCG diet. Everyone I know is doing it. Im working on losing weight the healthy way! And so far loving it. I came across your blog yesterday and it's def one I will keep reading. Thanks for all your great tips! And your success is amazing! You look great!

  2. k i just bought "thirty day shred" by Jillian Michaels... Good or bad? My thought is that i will do the video in the mornings before work and then run 3-4 nights a week... thoughts??

  3. I would love to know the dirt on South Beach Diet. I would also love to know some ways to keep myself motivated. I feel like I am good one week then the next week not so good. I know loosing the weight is a good motivator but I am still down the 15 pounds I lost in three months and feel like I need a extra push.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
