Okay. It is time for some updated pictures.

This morning in my chunky self feeling I decided taking some updated pictures might be a good way to bring myself out of my funk.

It helped. a little lol.

Ignore the hair, I just woke up.
Also, the shirt is the tightest I have, and it still isnt as tight as after pictures need, so the picture of my bum, doesnt really show my figure that well.

Here is me in my ''before" pants. I feel like this picture always looks the same...

Here is my bum. lol actually I took this picture so I could get an idea of what the back of my legs look like. When I put my feet together, I have a space in between my legs!!! yay!!

Let me explain this picture. It may not look like a ton of difference in how those pants fit, BUT those pants are pants I bought after losing 25 lbs, they are a size 12, and fit like that.

  1. WOW WOW WOW!!! I need to kick my but into gear!!! My motivation in very low right now. For eating right and working out. It makes me sad...but you blog makes me so very happy!! Especially when you put up different work outs!!

  3. Kati you really do look great. Even though you say you have these lapses you really seem to have made that switch to a healthy lifestyle. And you look SO HEALTHY, kudos! :)

  4. thank you! My lapses bug me because when I am doing good and eating perfectly, I consistantly lose at least 1-2 lbs a week, and when I am doing bad, I just don't lose anything, I dont gain, but I dont lose and that bugs me! but seriously thank you, I hope I never go back to the old me.

  5. I have a question for you that i have always wondered. I have completely changed my eating habits and i do the elliptical (i know your feelings on that) for 45 minutes and i lift weights for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. I haven't lost a single pound. (i have been doing this for about 2 months now)..in fact my pants feel freaking tighter...ugh...anyway this is my question...is it true that if you are on birth control you gain weight and sometimes it's almost impossible to loose?? Or is that just a myth....because i am starting to believe it. When i got home from Argentina i lost 25 pounds instantly because i changed my eating habits...when i started taking birth control i didn't do anything different and i gained 20 pounds and i have not been able to loose a single one... :(

  6. Mike n Julia, that's VERY true about birth control. All the extra estrogen makes you gain and hold onto the weight. Maybe you should try a different type of BC.

    Kati, you look AWESOME! Congrats on the space between you9 legs (Pffft... Bwah ha ha ha ha!!) That's where I wish I was losing inches. I mean, it's nice that my waist is getting smaller, but I wish my legs were, too.
