post pregnancy plan.

I, lately, have become really excited by how fat I am. lol. I am excited because the before and after pics are going to be fantastic. I weigh more than I have ever weighed before, my legs are bigger than they ever have been before, and I am excited to show people that IT IS possible to get back to your smaller self after kids.

So heres the details.

my goal is to be back to normal no later than 6 months after birth, but really within 4 months.
depending on how labor goes, the exercise will start very soon after birth. no 6 week waiting for me.
my eating will immediately go back to normal, and if the breastmilk goes away, oh well.
from day one being home, there will be SOME type of physical activity, going on a walk, bike ride, pilates, something light.
I will weigh myself on my first day home, to get my starting weight, and then I will not weigh myself for a month. Thats something I recommend for everyone starting to lose weight BTW, it takes a little bit of time to jump start weight loss, so constantly weighing yourself is setting yourself up for disappointment.

So there ya go. I have 2-4 more weeks left until baby comes, wish me luck!
