Well here are the details.
around Aprilish 2010 I weighed in around 155-160 lbs fluctuating, but during the "trying" process I had to stop exercising and got up to 170.

Got up to, get ready, its disgusting, 240 lbs. uggggh.
Thats a 70 lbs disgusting weight
So Thursday April 7, I weighed 240 lbs and looked like this:
On April 14, I weighed in at 228 lbs and looked like this :
a lot of weight naturally comes off for a few weeks after pregnancy so this has nothing to do with anything I am doing.
Today I weighed in at 215 lbs so its going down lovely. I am hoping it will get under 200 lbs without me doing anything, because thats where I started my weight loss last time so I know its doable.
I still can't exercise yet, so I haven't really started anything, I just wanted to make sure I got the beginning stats and photos done.
Goals:
Work out 4-5 times a week
calorie intake of 1450
constant water intake
goal weight of 165 lbs, but really its about dress size, back to a size 10(hoping to get down to an 8 though) and shirt size Small and Medium.
Hoping to be 80% done with my goal by end of July, early August.
So if I do get under 200 lbs with natural pregnancy weight loss, it will be a weight loss goal of 45-50 lbs.
