This week I started Curves! I had really no idea what curves was or what it was about and I have to admit, I am a fan. now, I haven't done ANY cardio whilst I have done Curves, but I plan to. here is how it works. They have something like 13 strength trai
ning machines all in a circle, and in between each one, is a cardio station. So you get on a machine anywhere you want, do it for 30 secs, then rotate to a cardio station, do it for 30 secs, then rotate. rinse repeat the circle 3 times. after 2.5 times around the circle you have done it for 30 mins. It is a pretty good circut training workout. I intend to do 30 mins of cardio still, I just haven't. wanna know the best part about trying curves? ITS FREE!! the one in midvale is at least. It is 30$ for 30 days, you have to go at least 3 times a week, and at the end of the 30 days, you get your money back! YAY!!Lurker time!! ReplyDeleteI worked at a curves for a year. It was fun. I think it is a good idea they have going. You look awesome! Your new pics with Jason are so cute.
