Want some help?

I am on a temporary boycott from my own blog.

So here is some more attention to this blog. :-)

I have lost 33 lbs. I am still going strong and loving it.

I was researching some different exercises I could do for my triceps( flabby back arm) and I realized that not every woman knows about the simplest ones she can do to rectify the flabbly relief society arm. So for your needs, here are 2 simple exercises that can be done at your home to help tone that flabby arm. I do both all the time, and love them.

  1. I love the dumb weight curls. That's the one they showed me when I took a weight lifting class in high school. (I took it to watch the football players flex with their shirts off. ;) )
